BRAG is embarking upon 44 years as a non-profit organization that prepares and educates professionals, entrepreneurs and students of color for executive leadership in retail, fashion and related industries. The organization is able to fulfill these objectives through various programs designed to develop and enhance leadership skills in high potential executives and entrepreneurs.
The purpose of the conference is to provide a forum that will inspire and help maximize the potential for career success through exposure to industry leaders, relevant topical panel discussions, and thought-provoking and action oriented career focused dialogue.
